There was something special about today in Hyde Park. Visitors to the herd held hands or photographed each other beside the elephants. Others returned to visit their favourite trunk. Small children threw their arms around the baby willow eles and sensible adults were seen also trying to cuddle them. It seems none of us can resist the charms of a whole lotta elephant love.
